# Daria Smith

Polymath and AI builder with a decade building and running companies — across strategy, product, design, engineering, and operations.

I help companies redefine their strategy and then implement it — moving them from traditional ways of working to AI-first. Rebuilding the processes, workflows, and automations a business runs on, so the whole thing operates leaner and sharper.

Today I run four companies of my own, and lead the digital and AI work inside a select few others — with the teams I've built to do it.

Daria Smith takes on a small number of client companies at a time and works from the inside as part of the team. She leads product, digital, and AI work for global brands across beauty, healthcare, and software. Public client names are intentionally not listed on this site.

## Outside The Work

Daria Smith is based in Idaho. Outside the work, she is a Pilates devotee and lifelong Porsche enthusiast. Each year she runs [Idaho Air](https://www.idaho-air.com), the largest air-cooled Porsche event in the Northwest.
